Personal hero
My personal would be my dad. he is always there for me through sports school and every thing else helping me and encouraging me to work through problems. my dad has also been my coach all the way through until the 7th grade.

Talk at Work
The two topics that i believe should not be shared at work are lifestyle changes and intimate details. The reason i think you should not share these details because they could be spread through the office and you, your job, or your family could get hurt from the rumors. the rest of the list is pretty good to talk about except the hangover stuff that could get you fired for sure.
